Return Policy
At Web Store Depot, we work hard to provide reliable restaurant supplies, disposable foodservice products, packaging, and business essentials. Because many of our products are disposable, food-contact, or bulk commercial items, returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Important: Please do not send any product back before receiving return authorization from Web Store Depot. Unapproved returns may not be accepted or refunded.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests only when an item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered. Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the product, packaging, and shipping label when applicable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for non-defective products, buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item, opened cases, used products, partially used cases, or disposable foodservice products that are no longer in their original condition. This includes food containers, cups, lids, gloves, foil products, bags, labels, paper products, and other restaurant supply items.
3. Return Approval
All return requests must be reviewed and approved by Web Store Depot before any item is sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded. If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, or after the claim is reviewed and approved. Refund processing may take up to 5 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider.
5. Replacements
When possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Replacement approval depends on product availability and the details of the issue.
6. Return Shipping
For approved defective, damaged, or incorrect item returns, Web Store Depot will provide return instructions. Return shipping responsibility may depend on the issue and approval details. Customers should not send products back before receiving return authorization.
