1. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, case quantities, dimensions, and availability. However, information may occasionally contain errors or change without notice.

Product appearance, packaging, or manufacturer details may vary from images shown when such changes do not materially affect the intended function of the product. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order when necessary due to inventory issues, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order as submitted. If a paid order is cancelled, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Web Store Depot currently offers free standard shipping across the United States. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days from our Houston, Texas fulfillment center.

• Texas: Estimated delivery is typically 3–5 business days.
• Outside Texas: Estimated delivery is typically 5–8 business days.
• Tracking: Tracking information is provided by email after the order ships.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

International shipping is not currently available.

4. Returns, Damaged Items, and Refunds

Because many of our products are disposable, food-contact, or bulk commercial products, returns are accepted only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.

Customers must contact Web Store Depot within 14 days of delivery and provide the order number, details of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label when applicable.

Products must not be returned without prior authorization from Web Store Depot. Unapproved returns may not be accepted or refunded.

We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong product, opened cases, used products, partially used cases, or non-defective disposable products that are no longer in their original condition.

Depending on the circumstances and product availability, an approved claim may be resolved with a replacement or refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider.

5. Taxes and Tax-Exempt Purchases

Applicable sales taxes are calculated during checkout based on the order and delivery information unless the purchasing account has been approved by Web Store Depot for tax-exempt checkout.

Eligible Texas businesses may submit a sales tax exemption request and supporting documentation for review. Tax-exempt status is not applied automatically and becomes available only after approval.
