Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently offer a flat shipping rate of $7 for all deliveries within the Houston area.

For orders outside Houston, shipping rates are calculated based on destination and weight, and will be displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping Offers

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions during holidays or special events. These offers will be clearly advertised on our website and during checkout when available.

Shipping Locations

We ship within the United States, including P.O. Boxes. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us immediately at webstoredepotus@gmail.com. We’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
